Tai Chi Walking

  1. Get into a horse stance (wu ji), place arms in front palm down to the side.

  2. Take center line and move down to the left leg and sit down.

  3. Turn the right leg 45 degrees, and move forward on the the right leg.

  4. Pull the left leg in (back leg) as if drawing a letter C, toe pointing forward.

  5. Move forward and turn so that your navel and toe are in alignment parallel.

  6. Pull straight back and sit down in to right leg, and rotate the hip so foot is 45 degrees and turn in that direction with navel and toe in alignment.

  7. Pull the right leg in as if drawing the letter C, toe pointing forward.

  8. Move forward with back heel driving down, and turn hip till navel and toe are in alignment .
