Tai Chi

Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion" as it promotes serenity through gentle movements connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise  used for stress reduction and to assist with a variety of  health conditions. We offer  classes ranging from Tai Chi 24 short form, to adaptive forms such as Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Back Pain, Tai Chi for Neck and Shoulder Pain, and 13 Posture  Wheelchair Tai Chi.

Additionally, we offer virtual group or individual Tai Chi lessons via Facetime and Skype for participants who's disabilities may prevent them from learning in a more traditional environment.
